– If the cancellation notice is received 30-59 days before departure, the Tour Operator will retain 50% of the total price paid.

– If the cancellation notice is received less than 30 days before departure, the Tour Operator will retain 90% of the total price paid.

Itinerary changes

All our itineraries are subject to change for various reasons. The Tour Leader will determine the conditions and ultimately decide whether an activity can be done.  Some of the reasons an activity may be postponed or canceled may be but are not limited to: lack of proper safety equipment, weather conditions, social or political unrest, time constraints, amongst others. When an activity is canceled or postponed, the Tour Leader will communicate with Ops Manager. They will determine whether the activity can be done elsewhere, refunded, or changed for a different one or none. Most of the time, when this happens, the activity is rescheduled.
